Mike joined the Olympus Team in 2013 as our Property Manager. He earned a Master’s Degree in administration and brings over 15 years management, administrative, and leadership experience to our team! Mike currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s License and is an active member of our local community, serving on three local boards. He also participated as a crew leader for several Habitat for Humanity builds in Bloomington.
Hanna joined Olympus in 2010 as a Leasing Agent and is currently our Leasing Manager. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with several years experience in the medical field, both in the U.S. and overseas. Her experiences have provided her with a unique set of service and leadership skills. Hanna has completed the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) program through the National Apartment Association.
Brian began his career at Olympus in 2002 as a Maintenance Technician and is currently our Maintenance Supervisor. He has over 20 years relevant experience and is a certified Air Conditioning and Refrigerant technician. Brian has completed the CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) program through the National Apartment Association.
Amy joined Olympus in 2014 as one of our Leasing Agents and now works in Resident Relations. She is a graduate of DePauw University with a Bachelors Degree in English Composition. Amy brings experience in the fields of customer service and marketing, making her a great addition to our leasing team.
Kerry joined Olympus in 2017 as one of our Leasing Agents. She hails from Santa Barbara, California, where she graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2016 with a degree in Sociology. She has a background in social work, and also brings several years of customer service experience to our leasing team.
JR joined Olympus in 2005 as one of our Maintenance Technicians. He has over 25 years of relevant maintenance experience. JR is a trained household electrician and has taken several maintenance related classes to expand on his expertise.
Dave joined Olympus in 2007 as one of our Maintenance Technicians. He has over 40 years of relevant maintenance experience. Dave is a certified HVAC technician and has taken numerous maintenance related classes to expand on his expertise.
Robin joined Olympus in 2009 as one of our Maintenance Technicians. He has over 30 years of relevant maintenance experience and continues to take maintenance related classes to expand on his expertise.
Mack joined Olympus in 2014 as one of our Maintenance Technicians. He is currently a student at Ivy Tech working towards an Associates Degree in Heating and Cooling. He has prior experience in building trades and has participated in the building of several Habitat for Humanity homes.
Cliff joined Olympus in 2016 as our Administrative Assistant. He served three years in the United States Navy as an Aviation Mechanic, and has over seven years of experience as a service plumber and plumber’s apprentice. Additionally, he worked for Martha’s House community shelter in Bloomington for three years. He brings over three years of office experience to our team.
Vickie joined Olympus in 2012 as our Administrative Assistant and is currently our Bookkeeper. She brings over 30 years office management and customer service experience to Olympus. An integral part of the team, Vickie serves as a central point of communication for the office and handles a great variety of projects.
