Welcome to the official Olympus Properties move-in page! Your move-in date is fast approaching, below are a few helpful notes about your move-in:
The day your lease begins, we will greet you at your residence with keys and a completed move-in inspection form. Remember to arrive at your designated time. Arriving early or late will result in a delay in picking up your keys. We will be available by appointment only during this busy time. If you are unable to be present on your designated date and time, please call our office during regular business hours to schedule a time to pick up your keys. Keys will only be handed out during regular business hours.

It's difficult thinking of everything you need to do before you move-in. Review our checklist below and you'll be in good shape! Feel free to call us if you have any questions. |
Roommates: Please contact your roommates, if applicable, to ensure everyone is aware of the move-in date and time.
Utilities: Per your lease agreement, you will need to place the appropriate utilities in your name before your move in date. We have created a list of phone numbers so you may contact the utility companies. They will need to know your complete address and move-in date. Please call one week in advance to give the utility company time to activate the utilities.
City of Bloomington: Helpful city information is available here. Information about solid waste disposal and recycling may be found here.
Cardinal Fitness: Available only to downtown residents. A one year membership through Olympus is only $84.00. Please complete this application to sign up. You must sign up by 9/1/10 to participate.
Parking: Information about downtown parking may be obtained here . If you need parking in one of the city garages, please call REI at (812) 349-3844.
Change of Address: Don’t forget to notify the post office of your new address.
Internet: Internet service is now provided in several downtown locations. Please take a moment to read the following document and familiarize yourself with what you'll need to connect to our network and our acceptable use policy.
Renter's Insurance: Please read this document for helpful tips in purchasing renter's insurance.
Rent: Your first rental installment must be paid prior to your scheduled move-in. Please call the office if you need to check your balance due before moving in. Rent is due on the first of each month.

PayPal can be used when paying by credit card. You should always note the property, unit number, and how the payment should be applied.
Direct payment from your checking account is another option. No need to worry about paying your rent each month. The rental payment will automatically be deducted from your checking account on the 1st of each month. Please complete and fax this form to Olympus.*

*If you choose to participate in the direct payment method, you will automatically have your name entered in a drawing for an iPod Nano. Please submit your direct payment form along with a voided check by August 1. Your rental payment will automatically begin on September 1. Remember, the deadline for the drawing is August 1.
