Casey is a student at Indiana University seeking a degree in public management through SPEA (school of public and environmental affairs). She began her career with Olympus in September of 2008 and has completed numerous leasing classes through the IAA (Indiana Apartment Association). Casey is a long time resident of Bloomington and graduated from Bloomington South High School in 2004.

Julie is a graduate of Indiana University. She began her career at Olympus Properties in 2006. Julie has completed the CAM (certified apartment manager) program through the National Apartment Association education institute. An active resident of the community, she is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Apartment Association (MCAA).

Brian has been with Olympus for 6 years and has 15 years of relevant maintenance experience. He is a certified Air-Conditioning and Refrigerant technician and has been trained in environmentally friendly coolants. Brian has taken the CAM Maintenance and Fair Housing class as well as several maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise.

Tressy has been with Olympus for 3 years and has 11 years of experience in accounting. She has taken the CAM Fair Housing, Marketing and Financial classes.

Dave has been with Olympus for 1 year and has 38 years of relevant maintenance experience. He’s a certified HVAC technician and has also been trained in environmentally friendly coolants. Dave has taken numerous maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise as well as the CAM Fair Housing class.

Tyler is a recent Indiana University School of Informatics graduate and is new with Olympus. He has had 2 years of relevant IT experience and has taken the Fair Housing class.

JR has been with Olympus for 3 years and has 20+ years of relevant maintenance experience. He is a trained household electrician and has taken several maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise. JR has also taken the CAM Maintenance and Fair Housing class.

Steve is an Indiana University graduate and has been with Olympus for a little over 3 years. He has 10 years of landscaping experience and has worked with Olympus on many landscaping projects.
