Julie is a graduate of Indiana University. She began her career at Olympus Properties in 2006. Julie has completed the CAM (certified apartment manager) program through the National Apartment Association education institute. An active resident of the community, she is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Apartment Association (MCAA).

Brian has been with Olympus since 2002 and has 15 years of relevant maintenance experience. He is a certified Air-Conditioning and Refrigerant technician and has been trained in environmentally friendly coolants. Brian has taken the CAM Maintenance and Fair Housing class as well as several maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise.

Rachel started working at Olympus in April 2010. She came with 3 years experience in sales. Graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with a degree in Telecommunications. Rachel has completed the CAM (certified apartment manager) program through the National Apartment Association education institute.

Tressy has been with Olympus since 2005 and brought with her 11 years of experience in accounting. She has taken the CAM Fair Housing, Marketing and Financial classes.

Hanna started working at Olympus in June 2010. Hanna graduated from Ivy Tech State College with an associates degree as an RT. She worked several years in that field in hospitals, doctor offices as well being a certified CPR trainer. In this field she had the pleasure of working both in the US as well as overseas. Hanna has completed the CAM (certified apartment manager) program through the National Apartment Association education institute and has also taken certified classes in Leasing 101, Fair Housing (renewed yearly) and MCAA Legal Seminar.

Vickie has been with Olympus since November, 2012. She brings over 30 years of office management and customer service experience to Olympus Properties.

David graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a B.S. in Informatics. He began his career at Olympus Properties in the summer of 2011, bringing with him 4 years of related work experience. David has experience and training in multiple areas ranging from networking to website development.

JR has been with Olympus since 2005 and has 20+ years of relevant maintenance experience. He is a trained household electrician and has taken several maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise. JR has also taken the CAM Maintenance and Fair Housing class.

Dave has been with Olympus since 2007 and has 38 years of relevant maintenance experience. He’s a certified HVAC technician and has also been trained in environmentally friendly coolants. Dave has taken numerous maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise as well as the CAM Fair Housing class.

Robin graduated from Thomas Downey in 1972. He began his career at Olympus Properties in the spring of 2009, bringing with him 30 years of related work experience. Robin has taken appliance repair and bed bug/insect classes through the Indiana Apartment Association.
Robin wants all residents to feel free to ask the maintenance staff any questions about your apartment or appliances. This can save you time, money, and problems.

Chris is a life long resident of Bloomington. Bringing with him over 25 years construction and maintenance experience. He has been trained in all aspects of flooring and tile care. Chris has taken numerous maintenance related classes to expand on his maintenance expertise as well as the CAM Fair Housing class.
