If your friend(s) sign a one year lease, you can earn a bonus equal to 10% of the monthly rental installment, up to $200! For example, if your friend(s) rent an apartment with a monthly rent installment of $1200, you qualify for a referral bonus of $120! The referral bonus will be paid after the lease has been signed and payment of any monies due has been received.
